| 1/2 smallred onion; finely chopped |
| 1/2 cupbread crumbs |
| 1 largeegg |
| 1/4 tspground nutmeg |
| salt and pepper |
| 1/2 cupcurrant jelly |
Glazed cocktail meatballs Preparation
Combine beef, onion, bread crumbs, egg, nutmeg; season with salt and pepper. Shape into 1 inch balls and broil until cooked through 5-6 minutes. In a large skillet, heat currant jelly; add meatballs and toss to coat.
