Jean's recipe
Drain tuna, and break into large pieces. Cook asparagus according to package directions, and drain thoroughly. Arrange asparagus in a well greased 8 X 10-inch baking pan. Cover with tuna. Fry almonds in butter until lightly browned. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add milk gradually, and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour almond sauce over tuna and asparagus. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
