Original recipe makes 18 Servings
10 + lbHam; Spiral cut
12 ouncecoca cola; can
1/2 cupBrown sugar
1 canPineapple; sliced
10 wholeCloves

Coca-cola pineapple Ham Preparation

preheat oven 375. In a roasting pan lay ham on side and carefully pour coke between slices turn to other side and do the same. Then place ham flat side down and pour some of the coke into 1/2 cup of brown sugar to create a paste to brush on outside of ham as a baste while cooking. finally place pineapples where you want them on your ham and use ends of cloves to poke into your ham while it cooks.(remove before serving) Cover ham in roasting pan with tented heavy aluminum foil.

Cook for 1/2 hour per pound of ham. Basting a couple times during cook time
