Gluten free maple something or other looks freaking amazing chicken
Preheat oven to 450 F
Mix all ingredients except chicken
Place chicken in baking dish
Pour Maple Dijon mixture over chicken
Turn chicken to fully coat
Bake for 40 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 F
Baste chicken halfway through
Let stand for 5 minutes
Serve chicken and spoon sauce over it
Sprinkle with rosemary and serve.
