Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1/2 cuppumpkin puree
1 wholeEgg
1/2 teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoonVanilla extract
1 tablespoonBrown sugar

Microwave Pumpkin Custard Preparation

Combine all ingredients well in a small bowl. Pour into a small mug, sprayed with cooking spray. Microwave for 2 ½ to 3 minutes until firm.
