| 2 lbsGround Venison |
| 1 lbsGround beef, lean |
| 1 Onion, chopped |
| 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped |
| 1 TbspFinely chopped cilantro |
| 1 TbspCumin |
| 2 envelopesHot Chili Seasoning |
| 2 cansDark Kidney Beans |
| 2 cansTomatos; diced |
| 2 cansTomato paste |
| 2 CansChicken broth |
Venison Chili Preparation
Cook ground venison and ground beef until thoroughly cooked. In the same pan, saute onion and bell pepper until almost tender. Add all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours.
