Chilli Con Carne
|1 Onion; diced|
|1 teaspoonGarlic; crushed|
|500 gramsLean Beef Mince|
|1 red capsicum; diced|
|1 green capsicum; diced|
|1 zucchini; grated or diced finely|
|1 can (410g)Kidney beans; drained|
|1/4 teaspoonChilli powder|
|1 can (410g)Tomato Puree|
|70 gramsTomato paste|
|1 teaspoonBeef stock powder|
|1/4 teaspoonFreshly ground pepper|
Chilli Con Carne Preparation
Add onion and garlic to a non-stick saucepan with a little water and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add mince and brown. Add kidney beans, capsicum, tomato puree, tomato paste, chilli powder, water, beef stock and pepper together. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Serve with Rice.
