72 Shrimp, fresh; boiled (to 84)
1 cloveGarlic fresh; minced
Salt to taste
1 tbParsley, fresh; chopped
1 tsHorseradish; (or to taste)
6 tbLemon juice; (2 lemons)
1 tbCreole Mustard; (up to 2 T) *
1 cMayonnaise
1 tsTabasco

Baby Kays Shrimp Roumalade Preparation

*Creole Mustard such as Zatarains brand can be found in well stocked supermarkets and gourmet food stores. : Mix all ingredients except shrimp together and refrigerate. Serve with shrimp.
