| 2 inchgreen onion stalk; chopped |
| 2 tbspparmesan cheese; fresh grated |
| salt and pepper to taste |
| 1 wholewheat tortilla |
Whole Wheat Breakfast Burrito Recipe Preparation
Heat skillet over medium heat.
Crack eggs in a small bowl and mix with a fork. Add green onions, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper.
Pour into hot skillet and continuously move around with the spatula. Continue cooking until eggs are the consistency that you prefer.
Warm tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds or on a hot griddle for a few seconds each side.
Place scrambled egg mixture on the tortilla and wrap up burrito style.
