Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Recipes » Marinades and Sauces » Marinade
This is a most delicious Jamaican Jerk Seasoning that you can use as a rub, in a marinade, or whatever you like.
Note: this recipe does not contain any salt because it can be used in a marinade with soy sauce for example. Add salt as needed when using for a rub or a marinade that doesn't already have a salty ingredient in it.
"All my friends love this seasoning; I make up jars for them as gifts. It's quite delicious and even great for a rub on a roasted chicken (along with some kosher salt rubbed on)." - BigovengeekessYield: 4 Servings Ready in 5 minutes
