This is an adaptation of a couple of recipes I found here on Big Oven. My family loves it!!!
Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape meatloaf mixture into 10x6-inch loaf.
Fold 2 foot piece of aluminum foil lengthwise in half twice. Place on bottom and up sides on slow cooker. Tuck foil under lid and cook on low 8-10 hours or High 4-6 hours.
Serve with your favorite starch and veggie!
