Bacon and Egg Bake
Original recipe makes 7 Servings
| 1 cnCream of mushroom soup |
| 5 Hard cooked eggs -- sliced |
| 6 slBacon |
| 2 mdOnions -- sliced |
| English muffins -- split |
| dsSalt and pepper |
| 1/4 cmilk |
| Split and toasted |
| 16 ozCheddar cheese -- shredded |
Bacon and Egg Bake Preparation
Heat oven to 350~. Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet and drain, reserve 2 Tb fat. Saute onion in the reserved bacon fat. Stir in soup, milk, eggs, cheese, and seasonings.
