Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1 tbOnion powder
1/2 tsSea salt
1 cWhole wheat bread crumbs
2 tbParsley
1 tsGarlic powder
1/2 cWater
1/2 cRoasted almond butter
1 tsThyme
1 tbEgg replacer
1/2 cWalnuts, finely chopped
1/2 cSunflower seeds, lightly
2 tbAlmond oil
1/2 tsMarjoram
1/2 lbTofu, crumbled
1/2 cMillet or brown rice,
1/8 tsRosemary, ground

Tofu Nut Patties Preparation

Mix the water and egg replacer together. Blend the remaining ingredients, except for the tofu, in a food processor. Process until well mixed, then stir in the tofu. Form into 8 patties. Place on grill or in frying pan and grill until browned on both sides.
