Original recipe makes 1 Servings

2 poundbag frozen hash browns

1/2 cupgreen onion(and tops); chopped

1 cupbutter; melted

1 cancream of chick or mushroom soup

12 ouncecontainer of sour cream

8 ouncejar of cheez whiz

2 cupscorn flakes; crushed

Potato Bake Preparation

Spread potatoes in 9X13 pan. Sprinkle onions, salt, and pepper over potatoes. Pour melted butter over potatoes. In a saucepan heat up the soup, cheese, and sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Mix together corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
