| 2 poundbag frozen hash browns |
| 1/2 cupgreen onion(and tops); chopped |
| 1 cupbutter; melted |
| 1 cancream of chick or mushroom soup |
| 12 ouncecontainer of sour cream |
| 8 ouncejar of cheez whiz |
| 2 cupscorn flakes; crushed |
Potato Bake Preparation
Spread potatoes in 9X13 pan. Sprinkle onions, salt, and pepper over potatoes. Pour melted butter over potatoes. In a saucepan heat up the soup, cheese, and sour cream. Pour over potatoes. Mix together corn flakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
