Original recipe makes 1 Servings
(2) 3 ouncespackages ramen noodles; oriental flavor
3/4 cupGranulated sugar
3/4 cupOlive oil
1/3 cupWhite wine vinegar
2 teaspoonReduced-sodium soy sauce
3 headsbok choy
2 bunchesScallions
1 jarSunflower oil
3 cupsSliced almonds

Bok Choy Salad Preparation

1. Remove season packet from ramen and set noodles a side

2. Combine seasoning, sugar, oil, vinegar and soy in a jar. Cover and shake

3. Slice bok choy, scallions, sunflower kernels and almonds

4 Toss with dressing , add noodles just before serve
