1 5-ounce canLow-sodium chunk light tuna in water; , drained and flaked
2 tablespoonLight mayonnaise
2 tablespoonFat-free sour cream
2 tablespoonSweet pickle relish; , undrained
1/2 teaspoonCurry powder
1/2 teaspoonCelery seeds
8 largeLettuce leaves; , such as Romaine or Bibb
1 mediumRed bell pepper; , cut into thin strips
1/2 cupMatchstick-size carrots; (about 1 medium)

Tuna Lettuce Wraps Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, sour cream, relish, curry, and celery seeds. Spoon onto each lettuce leaf. Top with the bell pepper and carrots. Roll the lettuce jelly-roll style over the filling or serve open-face.
