1 packageonion or mushroom soup mix
3 cupslow sodium beef broth
2-3 poundschuck or english beef roast

Crockpot Hot Roast Beef & Gravy Sandwiches Preparation

Cut beef into chunks.

Mix canned soup with soup mix in crockpot and add broth.

Add beef to crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours or high for 5-7 hours.

TIP: For thicker gravy, pour out 1/2 of the gravy into sauce pan. Mix water with either corn starch or flour and add to broth that is cooking on the stove. Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes to allow it to thicken. Add it back to the beef.

Serve over 1-2 slices of bread or buns.
