1/8 cLight brown sugar
1 tsBlack pepper
1 tbOld Bay seasoning
2 tbolive oil
1/4 cMolasses
3 tbApple cider vinegar
4 tbWorcestershire Sauce
1 tsSalt
1 tbChili powder
1/2 cPrepared mustard
1/8 cHoney
Juice from 2 lemons
1 tbCreole seasoning; (see note)
1 cWater
1 tsGarlic powder
1 tbLemon-pepper seasoning
2 tbMesquite smoke marinade
32 ozHeinz ketchup
2 tbMesquite BBQ seasoning

Tom Dormans 97 Florida Bbq Sauce Search Winner Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Heat and stir until ingredients are well-blended and heated through, about 15 minutes. NOTES: Recipe tester used Tony Chacheres brand of Creole seasoning for this recipe. Kingmans notes: Tom has been a friend since my childhood, I spoke to him about this sauce and he says it goes good on beef,pork, and chicken.
