| 2 skinlessboneless chicken breasts |
| 1 teaspoongrated ginger |
| 2 clovesGarlic |
| 1/4 cupLime Juice |
| 20 ounceschicken broth |
| 1 1/2 canswater |
| 4 Green onions; sliced |
| 2 tablespoonsFresh Cilantro; chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsLime Juice |
| 1 teaspoonchile oil or cayenne |
Shooter's Soup Preparation
Cut chicken in bite sized pieces and marinate in garlic, ginger and lime for 1/2 hour.
Add chicken plus marinade to broth and water in soup pan. Boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes and add green onions, cilantro, lime and spice.
