Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 skinlessboneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoongrated ginger
2 clovesGarlic
1/4 cupLime Juice
20 ounceschicken broth
1 1/2 canswater
4 Green onions; sliced
2 tablespoonsFresh Cilantro; chopped
2 tablespoonsLime Juice
1 teaspoonchile oil or cayenne

Shooter's Soup Preparation

Cut chicken in bite sized pieces and marinate in garlic, ginger and lime for 1/2 hour.

Add chicken plus marinade to broth and water in soup pan. Boil.

Simmer for 5 minutes and add green onions, cilantro, lime and spice.
