Kraft 3 Vegetable Cheese Soup Preparation
1. Place vegetables and broth in large soup pot; cover. Bring to a boil on medium high heat. Reduce heat to low, simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2. Mash vegetables with potato masher to desired consistency.
3. Stir in Velveeta; cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and soup is heated through, stirring frequently.
This recipe is super easy to double and triple.
