Chicken and Spaghetti
Chicken and Spaghetti Preparation
Boil chicken in water. Save water. Cool chicken and cube.
Saute vegetables in butter until tender.
Add Rotel tomatoes, soup, olives and Velvetta cheese (cut in small pieces). Stir constantly on low heat until cheese is melted. Take care not to scorch cheese.
Add all seasonings.
Add chopped chicken to mixture.
Boil pasta in chicken broth according to pkg directions – a la dente
Drain pasta and add to mixture.
Pour in baking dish
Bake 30 mins or until bubbly – 350 degree oven
Served with a big tossed green salad this is a great crowd pleaser.
