2 tablespoonshoney
3/4 cupolive oil
1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
pinch; of paprika
1 teaspoonfresh garlic; finely minced
1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoonkosher salt
1/4 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoondry mustard
3 tablespoonminced red onion
10 oz.fresh mixed ~quotemesclun~quote or spring lettuce
1 quartstrawberries; cleaned, hulled and sliced
1 - 2 hard-boiled eggs; chopped
1/4 cupslivered almonds
1/4 cupcrumbled blue cheese
1/4 cupfresh bacon; fully cooked/browned and then chopped/crumbled

Spring Salad with Strawberries and Balsamic Vinaigrette Preparation

1.With a mason jar, shake together the honey, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, paprika, Worcestershire sauce; dry mustard, salt, pepper, and red onion. Blend well until smooth.

2.In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries, chopped eggs, almonds, crumbled cheese, and bacon.

3.Pour vinaigrette over salad, and toss.
