could be a fun appetizer as well ;)

"So I've made these a few times for parties and as a good host should I allow my guests to have first dibs, to sum up I've never been able to have one! They're all gone before I know it! I use a star tip when putting cheesecake filling into the berries to make them a little more fancy and add a little cinnamon to the cream cheese mix and I hear it's awesome!" - Jackiechan042003

1 poundStrawberries
8 ouncesLight cream cheese; softened
3-4 teaspoonsPowdered sugar
1 teaspoonVanilla extract
Graham crackers crumbs

Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries Preparation

1. Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife, if necessary (some may already be hallow inside). Prep all strawberries and set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off. Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture. Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving.

This is amazing but add reg sugar the powdered doesn't really make it sweet. It still tasted like cream cheese.

So good! I dipped the tops in chocolate also. There wasn't too many left by the time I finished, I couldn't stop eating them while I was dipping.
