could be a fun appetizer as well ;)
"So I've made these a few times for parties and as a good host should I allow my guests to have first dibs, to sum up I've never been able to have one! They're all gone before I know it! I use a star tip when putting cheesecake filling into the berries to make them a little more fancy and add a little cinnamon to the cream cheese mix and I hear it's awesome!"- Jackiechan042003
Top-ranked recipe named "Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries"
1. Rinse strawberries and cut around the top of the strawberry. Remove the top and clean out with a paring knife, if necessary (some may already be hallow inside). Prep all strawberries and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off. Fill strawberries with cheesecake mixture. Once strawberries are filled, dip the top in graham cracker crumbs. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving.
