| 1 canrefried beans |
| 1/2 cupthick n chunky salsa |
| 1/2 cupblack beans; rinsed |
| 1 tspchili powder |
| 4 whole wheat tortillas; (8 inch) |
| 1 cupshredded three cheese |
| 1/2 cupFrozen corn; thawed |
| 5 green onions; thinly sliced |
| 1 cupCherry tomatoes; quartered |
| 2 tablespoonssour cream |
Burrito stack Preparation
1. heat oven to 425 degrees
2. mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Spread onto tortillas. Place 1 tortilla in 13x9inch dish sprayed with cooking spray. top with 1/4 EACH of the cheaese, corn and onions. Repeat layers three times. Cover
Bake 25-28 minutes or until heated through.
3. Top with tomatoes and sour cream. Cut into wedges.
