Original recipe makes 4 Servings
3/4 cupDiced pineapple
2 tablespoonFinely chopped red onion
2 tablespoonSnipped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoonFinely chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoonSeeded and finely chopped fresh jalapeno
2 teaspoonPlain rice vinegar

Sweet and Spicy Salsa Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until serving time, up to 8 hours.
