| 1 cupLow-Fat Granola |
| 1 cupRolled Oats |
| 1/2 cupWhole Wheat Flour |
| 1/2 cupMixed Nuts |
| 1/3 cupRaisins; dried |
| 1 Egg; lightly beaten |
| 3 tablespoonsPacked Brown Sugar |
| 3 tablespoonsHoney |
| 3 tablespoonsCanola Oil |
| 1/2 teaspoonGround Cinnamon |
Chewy Granola Bars Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line 8x8x2 inch baking pan with foil; grease foil.
2. In large bowl combine granola, oats, flour, mixed nuts, and raisins. In small bowl, combine egg, brown sugar, honey, oil, and cinnamon. Add egg mixture to oat mixture. Mix well.
3. Press mixture evenly into prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool on wire rack. Lift up on foil to remove from pan. Cut into bars.
