Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 Pinches sugar
1/2 lbCucumbers; chopped into 1/4
2 tsFresh chopped coriander or
1/2 lbTomatoes; chopped into 1/4"
Fresh green chili peppers;
1/2 tsSalt
1 mdOnion; finely chopped
3 tsLemon juice

Tomato Cucumber Onion Relish Preparation
