| 1 poundBreakfast sausage; Cook sausage thoroughly with onions |
| 1/2 LargeOnion; Chopped and cooked with sausage |
| 1 3Hash Browns; Brown hash browns |
| 3 Green, red, yellow bell peppers; Chopped set aside |
| 1 16 ounceCanned whole kern corn; Mix black beans and corn together and set aside |
| 1 16 ounceCanned black beans |
| 16 Large burrito tortillas |
| 1 16 ouncePicante sauce |
| 7 Large eggs; Make scrambled eggs |
| 1 4 cupsCheddar cheese |
Southwestern breakfast burrito Preparation
Start by cooking breakfast sausage and onions in 1 pan and brown the hash browns in another pan.
While cooking sausage and hash browns chop bell peppers and set aside
Mix corn and black beans in a bowl and set aside
Scramble the eggs and cook thoroughly.
Mix black beans, corn, hash browns, sausage, bell peppers, and eggs and cook so peppers are soft
Heat tortillas for 25 seconds to make them soft.
Add a line of cheddar cheese, picante, and meat mixture in tortilla and wrap in to burrito
Yields 16 burritos which can be frozen
