Suggest a better descriptionCook sausage & onion over med-high heat til meat is brown. Drain mixture on paper towels. Spoon into greased 9" pie plate. Top w/ cheese.
In small bowl, mix eggs & milk. In another bowl, place biscuit mix; gradually whisk in egg mixture til combined. Slowly pour egg mixture over cheese in pie plate.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 o 30 minutes or til a knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges & serve w/ salsa & sour cream.
