I got this delicious Indian side dish recipe from my mother-in-law.
Fry the onion in oil over medium heat until soft. Add the potato. When the potato is almost brown, add the green beans. Cover and reduce heat to low. Fry for 20 minutes more or until soft. Add salt, cumin, tumeric, and chili powder.
This is not an exact science. You can add more potato, less green beans. Make it to your liking! :-)
