2 largeChicken breasts boneless and skinless
1/4 cupHot pepper sauce
Breading
1 1/2 cupsPanko crumbs
1/4 tspgranulated garlic
1/4 tspgranulated onion powder
1/2 tspGround cayenne pepper

Panko Baked Spicy Chicken Breast Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.

Slice chicken breasts into 1/4" to 1/2" strips length wise.

In a small bowl cover and mix together sliced chicken with hot sauce and let sit while you prepare the breading.

Combine all dry ingreadients and mix in a flat bottomed dish (pie plat or pasta dish)

Spray a baking tray with non-stick spray.

Dredge each piece of chicken through the breading and coat thoroughly.

Place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 7-9 minutes and then flip, bake another 7-9 minutes until done.

Notes

Serve with low fat blue cheese dressing and extra hotwing sauce if desired.
