Suggest a better description1. Cook noodles according to package directions, adding edamame with noodles; drain well. Meanwhile, whisk together teriyaki sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch until smooth, reserve.
2. In large nonstick skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic; cook, stirring, until shrimp are just cooked through - about 3-4 minutes.
3. Add broccoli and carrots; cook, stirring, until almost tender - about 3 minutes. Add noodles, corn, and reserved sauce mixture. Cook, stirring, until heated through and sauce has thickened - about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in scallion. If desired, serve sprinkled with cilantro.
