1 quartDried cranberries
1 quartRed wine vinegar; Soak cranberries in vinegar overnight
4 tablespoonsDijon mustard
1 1/2 cupsWalnut oil
6 cupsCanola Oil
1/4 CupHoney
1/3 CupWater; To thin

Cornelia Dried Cranberry Walnut Oil Vinaigrette Preparation

-Soak dried cranberries overnight in vinegar

-In Blender purée cranberries and vinegar

-in a food processor add, cranberries, mustard, and honey,

-Slowly add walnut oil then canola oil, thin with water if too thick
