1 quart Dried cranberries
1 quart Red wine vinegar; Soak cranberries in vinegar overnight
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups Walnut oil
6 cups Canola Oil
1/4 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Water; To thin

Original recipe makes 30 Servings



-Soak dried cranberries overnight in vinegar

-In Blender purée cranberries and vinegar

-in a food processor add, cranberries, mustard, and honey,

-Slowly add walnut oil then canola oil, thin with water if too thick
