12 ouncesMorningStar Grillers Recipe Crumbles
1/2 cupVegetarian vegetable broth
2 cupsPotatos; mashed
1/2 cupOnion; chopped
1 cupBaby carrots; sliced
1 cupFrozen baby peas
Paprika; dash

Speedy Shedherd's Pie Preparation

Preheat oven to 375?

Prepare mashed potatoes according to the directions on the package.

In a 10" nonstick skillet, cook crumbles (pseudo-beef) over medium heat stirring to braek up the pieces. Approx. 3-4 min.

Add onions, cook until onions are softened. Approx. 2-3 min.

Add carrots and peas and continue to cook and stir until vegetables are tender. Approx. 5 min.

Add broth and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low, let simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed. Approx. 10 min.

Transfer mixture to a 1? quart cassarole.

Top mixture with prepared mashed potatoes, spreading and fluffing with a fork then sprinkle with paprika.

Bake until heated through. Approx. 15-20 min.
