Choco Nutella brownies
This recipe is for Chocolate addicts. Add as much Nutella as you want but note you can easily do this recipe without Nutella if you want!

|1 pinchbaking powder|
|150 gplain flour|
|500 gchocolate dessert 70%; Any chocolate with at least 70%, dessert purposed chocolate is usually cheaper than ones for nibbling say Lindt|
|2-3 spoonfullNutella; optional|
|2 large eggs|
|1 pinchcinnamon; optional|
|2-3 dropsorange blossom water; optional|
|1 vanilla pod; optional|
|1 shot glassBaileys Irish Cream; optional|
Choco Nutella brownies Preparation
In a bowl, combine all ingredients of the flour mix: baking powder, flour and salt
In a deep pan over medium heat, add in whilst stirring all ingredients of the chocolate mix: chocolate, water, sugar, butter until obtaining a smooth mixture.
Remove from heat and let cool down for 5min.
Pour in the flour mix to the pan and add all remaining ingredients whilst stirring: eggs and all optional ingredients depending on your taste and stock: Baileys, vanilla, cinnamon and orange blossom water
Pre-heat the oven at 160 degrees.
When you obtain an homogeneous texture, transfer to a baking dish or, if none, use an oven tray lined with greaseproof /baking paper.
Cook for 20 min if mixture is about 2 cm high (if using baking dish) or 35min if normal height of 4-5 cm using a proper baking dish
