1 cShortening
3 cFlour
2 Eggs; beaten
3 1/2 tsBaking Powder
1 tsNutmeg
1/2 cPecans; chopped
1/2 cmilk
1/2 cButter; melted

Baked Apple Doughnuts Preparation

Date: Tue, 19 Mar 1996 18:30:18 -0500 From: "Vernon E. Phipps Jr." Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and nutmeg. Cut in shortening until mixture looks like crumbs. Add eggs, milk, apples, nuts and mix thoroughly. Fill well greased tiny muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 20-25 minutes. In a plastic bag mix sugar and cinnamon.
