| 6 Large cloves Garlic |
| 5 TbspOlive oil |
| 2 15.5 Oz CansGarbanzo beans; drained (reserve 3 oz) |
| 1 Lemon; juiced |
| 1/3 cupSesame tahini |
| 2 Heaping tspcoriander |
| 2 Heaping tspGround cumin |
| Salt & pepper |
| 1/2 Cucumber, sliced |
| 1 Red bell pepper |
Homemade Hummus Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In oven-safe bowl, toss garlic with olive oil.
Roast in oven for 30 minutes, until soft.
Place roasted garlic, 2 tbsp garlic oil, garbanzo beans, 5 tbsp lemon juice, and 3 oz liquid reserved from beans in a food processor.
Process until smooth.
Add tahini, coriander, and cumin. Puree until mixed thoroughly.
Serve with cucumber, diced bell pepper, and tortilla chips.
