Chicken breasts cooked with whole garlic cloves! Heaven on a plate! A simple recipe that is a breeze to make!
Peel garlic cloves and smash them with a knife so they are cracked slightly to release to flavor. Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet so they are a uniform width and cook evenly. Heat a large nonstick skillet on medium high heat add olive oil and thenchicken and garlic; cook for 4 minutes turning after 2 minutes. Stir in the broth and dressing and cover skillet with a lid. Cook chicken 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until done (165F) Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cover. Remove from heat and allow to stand for about a minute. Eat and enjoy!
you can double the broth/dressing to make extra "gravy"! Tastes great with garlic mashed potatoes or rice!
