Original recipe makes 1
3/4 cOrange juice
1/4 tsCinnamon
2 tsorange rind; Grated
6 lgCooking apples
1 tsLemon rind; grated
1/2 cBrown sugar
3/4 cRose wine
Whipped cream

Baked Apples - Crock Pot Preparation

Remove core from apples and place in crockpot. Mix together all other ingredients except whipped cream. Pour over apples. Cover pot and cook on low for about 3 1/2 hours or until apples are tender.
