"A good-tasting bread, but had to adjust measurements a lot. Found way too much liquid & had to add lots more flour. Also recommend adding the liquid to the flour mix instead to test the ratio. Will make again though." - JinjamattYield: 64 Servings Ready in 4 hours, 5 minutes

Wholewheat Flax & Sunflower Seed Bread Preparation
Take 1/2 cup of honey or sugar. In another cup take 1/2 cup of warm water, 1 tsp of the honey or sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp. of yeast (or a package of yeast). Mix and let stand 10 min.
In mixing bowl, take honey, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 cup olive oil, 6 cups warm water. Add yeast mixture. Mix in ground flax, sunflower seeds and flours. Mix in enough flour (more if required) to make stiff and not too sticky.
Let rise 1 1/2 hours in warm place. Punch down and let raise again for another 1 hour. Put in pans and let raise for another 1 hour.
Bake at 350 F. for 35 minutes until brown.
Let cool. Freeze if you want.
Yield: 4 loaves ( 1 loaf makes 16 slices)
Notes
If not wanting to add ground flax, increase oil to 1/2 cup. If not using sunflower seeds add extra cup flour.
