Suggest a better descriptionIn a Large skillet on medium heat add strips of 1 1/2 lbs stew meat, add 2 tbs olive oil an 2 tbs butter. Add the House Seasoning to taste. I usually use 2-3 pinches. Dust the meat with 2 tbs of flour. Quickly brown the strips of meat till no pink. Add the sliced onions an mushrooms to the skillet with strips of meat. Sauté the onions an mushrooms for a few mins till tender. Dust the remaining 1 tbs of flour on the strips of meat, onions and mushrooms. Add the Mushroom Soup an Beef Broth. Mix all the ingredients well. Cook on low to medium low heat for 30-40 min, covered. Adjust Seasoning to taste with House Seasoning. Stir in the 1 cup Sour Cream the last few min of cooking, right before you serve.
Serve over Egg Noodles I us 3/4 of a 1 LB Bag.
If you want thicker sauce add more flour
