Original recipe makes 25 Servings
1/2 cCatsup
1/4 cBrown sugar
3 cn(1 Lb.) Baked Beans
1/2 tbPepper
1 mdOnion; chopped
1/2 lbSmoked Ham; cut in 1/2"
1 pk(10 Oz.) Frozen Lima Beans
1 lbPork Link Sausage
1 cn(8 Oz) Tomato Sauce
2 cn(1 Lb.) Kidney Beans;
1 tbSalt
1/2 tsMustard

Baked Bean Sausage Casserole Preparation

Cook lima beans 10 minutes. Drain, mix with baked beans, drained kidney beans, port sausage (cut each link in 3 pcs.) ham, tomato sauce and seasonings with 3 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered in 400 degrees for one hour. Add water during cooking if casserole seems dry. Serves 25 at buffet.
