Cream of mushroom soup Preparation
Clean mushrooms, chop finely.
Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add mushrooms and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add water, stock cubes, milk and seasoning.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for approx 10 minutes. Add lemon juice.
Blend and serve
