Orange Sherbet Salad Preparation
In small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange juice and sherbet. Blend until sherbet is melted and mixture is smooth; chill until thickened, but not set,a bout 30 minutes. Fold in oranges. Pour into oiled 4 cups mold or 8 inch square pan. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. To serve, unmold or cut into squares.
