Cook sausage patty on medium-high heat
Sausage will be done when all redness is gone (cut in the middle to double check if you would like)
Before taking sausage off, start cooking the egg and put the bagel in the toaster
Once egg and bagel have been cook to your liking, place the ingredients in the following order: bagel, sausage, egg, cheese, bagel. The cheese will melt over top creting the perfect combination of taste.
