Carey's Four Bean Summer Salad
This is a wonderful and fresh tasting bean salad, most are only 3 bean this just has a bit more in it and it leaves you wanting another helping, its especially great in the summer time was a side dish to most anything at a picnic. it holds well in the refrigerator for several days , best made in advance.

|1 15.25-oz cankidney beans|
|1 12-oz canYellow wax bean|
|1 15-oz cangarbanzo beans|
|1 9-oz canfrozen French-cut|
|1/2 Red onion; finely chopped|
|1/2 largeGreen bell pepper|
|1/2 largeRed bell pepper; diced|
|4 tablespoonsolive oil|
|4 tablespoonsRed wine vinegar|
|4 tablespoonsItalian dressing|
|1 large cloveGarlic; pressed|
|1 teaspoonDried basil; crumbled|
Carey's Four Bean Summer Salad Preparation
1. Drain all four Beans and strain then set aside in a large bowl.
2. Cut your onion and bell peppers add to the bowl.
3. In a seperate mixing bowl; combine oil, vinegar, italian dressing, honey, garlic, basil , whisk well,
combine with other ingredients in large bowl and mix well to coat, let marinade several hours or over night for best flavor.
