1 Envelopeunflavored gelatin
1/4 cPecans; chopped
3/4 cMayonnaise
2 csharp cheese; 8 ounces; shredded
1 1/2 tsPrepared mustard
Mayonnaise
1/2 cGrated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cblue cheese; Crumbled
1 dsHot sauce
1/2 tsSalt
1/4 cCold water
Cherry tomatoes; optional
parsley, fresh; Chopped, optional
1 cWhipping cream

Three-Cheese Appetizer Preparation

Soften gelatin in water in a small saucepan; place over low heat, stirring until dissolved. Combine next 9 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well; stir in gelatin mixture. Lightly coat a 4-cup mold with mayonnaise; pour cheese mixture into mold; chill overnight or until firm. Unmold on serving plate; garnish with chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
