Three-Cheese Appetizer
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1
| 1 Envelopeunflavored gelatin |
| 1/4 cPecans; chopped |
| 3/4 cMayonnaise |
| 2 csharp cheese; 8 ounces; shredded |
| 1 1/2 tsPrepared mustard |
| Mayonnaise |
| 1/2 cGrated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 cblue cheese; Crumbled |
| 1 dsHot sauce |
| 1/2 tsSalt |
| 1/4 cCold water |
| Cherry tomatoes; optional |
| parsley, fresh; Chopped, optional |
| 1 cWhipping cream |
Three-Cheese Appetizer Preparation
Soften gelatin in water in a small saucepan; place over low heat, stirring until dissolved. Combine next 9 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well; stir in gelatin mixture. Lightly coat a 4-cup mold with mayonnaise; pour cheese mixture into mold; chill overnight or until firm. Unmold on serving plate; garnish with chopped parsley and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
