| 2 teaspoonsKetjap manis; (A Sweet Indonesian Soy Sauce) |
| 60 mlRice vinegar; White |
| 60 mlChicken Stock |
| 2 tablespoonsTomato paste |
| 3 tablespoonsCornflour |
| 2 cmGinger Root; (Fresh, shredded) |
| 1 eachOnion; (Small, Diced) |
| 1 teaspoonSambal Ulek; (Hot Indonesian Chili Paste) |
| 1 eachChili Pepper; (Fresh) |
| 2 tablespoonsOil |
| 1 cansPineapple juice; (Optional) |
Babi Panggang sauce (2) Preparation
Soften the diced onion in the oil.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to the onions.
Slowly simmer for 5 min. until sauce thickens.
If needed sauce can be thinned down with water or pineapple juice.
