|60 gramsBrown sugar; Dark|
|2 teaspoonsKetjap manis; (A Sweet Indonesian Soy Sauce)|
|60 mlRice vinegar; White|
|60 mlChicken Stock|
|2 tablespoonsTomato paste|
|2 cmGinger Root; (Fresh, shredded)|
|1 eachOnion; (Small, Diced)|
|1 teaspoonSambal Ulek; (Hot Indonesian Chili Paste)|
|1 eachChili Pepper; (Fresh)|
|1 cansPineapple juice; (Optional)|
Babi Panggang sauce (2) Preparation
Soften the diced onion in the oil.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to the onions.
Slowly simmer for 5 min. until sauce thickens.
If needed sauce can be thinned down with water or pineapple juice.
